Please send an simple E-mail to email@example.com with a short description of the problem and having the full name of the person who purchased the product in the e-mail.
We have a dedicated operative who will contact you to let you know our action.
For example.. we have sent a replacement product for the damaged one.
Non or late Deliveries (courier) orders under £35.00
If your order value is under £35.00
At all times leave at least 3 days before contacting us by e-mail
As we try our best to deliver your ordered products to you on time please do the following 3 things first.
Ask you neighbour if they took the parcel.
send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org asking for update.
