What you should do first
Faulty goods or complaint
Please send an simple E-mail to sales@granitepolish.co.uk with a short description of the problem and having the full name of the person who purchased the product in the e-mail.
We have a dedicated operative who will contact you to let you know our action.
For example.. we have sent a replacement product for the damaged one.
Non or late Deliveries (Royal Mail) orders under £35.00
If your order value is under £35.00
At all times leave at least 3 days before contacting us by e-mail

Non or late Deliveries (Courier) orders over £35.00
If your order value is over £35.00 you would had have a tracking number sent to you by email.
example of number: WA 0005906254
Find that number on email that was sent to you.
Request a resend lost tracking number here
Then click here to enter that number and see update progress of you parcel.
You can ring the courier company direct on 08456 444778 or fax 08456 444779 as long as you have your correct post code and tracking number to hand.
